Everseal™ Warm Edge Insulating Glass provides superior heat insulation in sizes up to 5 metres for commercial glazing:

• Minimum unit size: 190mmx 350mm
• Thickness capability: 12mm to 60mm
• Thickness of Glass capability up to 16.8mm
• Max toughened size: 4200mm x 2400mm in house
• Available spacer widths: 6mm up to 20mm
• Max laminated size: 5000x2700mm
Our unique spacer system – Thermo Plastic Spacer (TPS) which is applied direct to the glass by automated computerized robot – is a true insulating spacer which is not heat conducting yielding improved U values, energy / cost savings and lower environmental emissions.
TPS technology provides high elasticity and long unit life which, combined with low heat conduction, makes this a worldwide leader and one of the most cost effective and efficient products to have been developed for the insulated glass market.
Manufactured by Kommerling, TPS is the enhanced form of warm edge technology which provides a combination of the butyl-based formulation and the unique all around, homogeneous seal which significantly reduces the heat transfer coefficient value of the window. This results in a higher performing insulating unit - the essential factor in an effective glazing solution for today’s commercial buildings
The result is a unique all around homogeneous seal which maximises gas retention– with impressive results:
